  "We have just purchased and investment property through Brian Livesey at LJ Hooker Bellerive.

Brian was acting on behalf of the Commonwealth Bank as vendor foe a mortgagee sale. The property was passed in at auction, but Brian gave us the opportunity to make an offer of what we could actually afford, and what we thought the property was worth.

This offer was accepted by the CBA, and settlement was brought forward to within 30 days.

Throughout this time, Brian steered us in the correct direction at all times, to enable early settlement etc.

We made a lot of calls to Brian with various questions, and although this must have been annoying, Brian always answered the calls, or where necessary, got back to us ASAP. This is our first investment property, so Brian really was "leading the blind".

Brian never made us feel like nuisances, and really acted like he was just working for us, but of course he also acted professionally for the vendor.

I would recommend Brian to anyone as an agent to use. His integrity and patience, along with his sense of humour have made this project an absolute pleasure for us.
